Rental Terms, Liability Waiver & Responsibility Disclaimer
Rental Terms: The renter agrees to use all BorrowParty equipment in a safe and responsible manner. The inflatable tent (40 ft × 20 ft) accommodates 50+ guests. The renter is solely responsible for verifying the tent fits in the desired setup location before booking — no refunds will be issued if the tent does not fit. The renter is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clear, level, and free of hazards prior to delivery. Equipment must not be moved from the agreed delivery address without prior written consent. Equipment must not be used in sustained winds exceeding 25 mph. BorrowParty is NOT responsible for obtaining any permits, HOA approvals, or city licenses — this is entirely the renter's responsibility. No refunds for permit-related issues. Delivery is free in the Twin Cities metro; extra charges apply outside the metro area.
Liability Waiver: By submitting this booking, the renter voluntarily waives any and all claims against BorrowParty LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors for any injury, loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of rented equipment. The renter assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with the use of the inflatable tent and LED arch.
Responsibility Disclaimer: BorrowParty is NOT liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses of any kind arising from the rental or use of equipment. The renter is solely responsible for supervising all guests, including minors, at all times. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BorrowParty from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the rental period. If any equipment is damaged during the rental period, the renter will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement. BorrowParty is not responsible for the renter's failure to obtain required permits or approvals, or for the tent not fitting in the desired location.
Deposit Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. It is applied toward your total balance — it is never lost, just committed. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately by BorrowParty.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 7 days before your event: deposit is non-refundable, no further charges. Cancellations within 7 days of your event: full rental amount is owed, no refund issued — we have turned away other bookings for your date. Weather-related reschedules are always available within 48 hours at no charge. If BorrowParty cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund including deposit.
Weather Rescheduling: If inclement weather (winds over 25 mph, heavy rain, severe weather warnings) is forecast for your event date, BorrowParty will reach out proactively. You may also request a reschedule within 48 hours of your event date at no charge — your deposit carries over in full.
